Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from friice.nyc (operated by Friice), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our online store.

Perishable Cold-Chain Goods

All artisanal ice cream pints, fruit sorbets, and gelato bars shipped via Friice are perishable food items packed with dry ice at -109.3°F.

Handling Safety Notice:Never handle dry ice with bare hands. Allow sublimation in a well-ventilated area away from children and pets. Transfer pints directly to a freezer upon delivery.

Pricing & Order Fulfillment

All prices listed on our website are in US Dollars ($USD). We reserve the right to correct any typographical errors in flavor descriptions or promotional coupon codes. Orders are confirmed once payment authorization is received and dry-ice preparation commences in our SoHo dispatch station.

VIP Scoop Club Program

Registered members earn Scoop Points on qualifying purchases (10 points per dollar spent). Points are non-transferable and may be redeemed solely for free pints, Vault flavor reservations, and exclusive merchandise on Friice.

100% Melt-Free Guarantee

We stand behind our cryogenic insulated packaging. If your shipment arrives defrosted due to courier delays or shipping temperature failure:

  • Notify our concierge team within 24 hours of package delivery with a photo.
  • We will immediately dispatch a fresh, replacement batch at zero cost or issue a 100% refund.

Intellectual Property

All original logos, flavor names, product photography, typography arrangements, and software code on friice.nyc are the exclusive intellectual property of Friice.

Limitation of Liability

Friice shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from improper storage of products post-delivery or uncollected packages left unattended beyond 24 hours of delivery.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
